pictures will be taken on September
3. Parents received envelopes
during registration. The
envelopes can be brought to the
office prior to the 3rd.
There will be a
brief student council meeting on
Friday during 3rd hour. This
is for all student council members
in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
Please remember to first go to your
3rd hour class for attendance and
any messages from your teacher
before coming to the meeting.

ATTENTION YEARBOOK
STAFF: If you were on the yearbook
staff last year and you would like to
return, please come to the first
yearbook meeting of the year on
Thursday, 8/28 during lunch. I
will gage the interest with returning
staffers to determine how many spots
will be available for new staff this
year. Petitions for new members
will be made available early next week.
More information on that process later
this week.
SENIORS: If
you have already had your senior photos
taken and have wallet sized pictures
available, please provide 2 pictures to
the yearbook staff for the senior pages
and the graduate hallway display.
You should also be taking time to locate
your favorite baby photos which will
also be needed for the senior pages.
Bring all photos to Mrs. Jogerst and she
will retain them for the staff’s use.
Homecoming:
The theme of the parade is “Songs and
Bands” and the first class to submit a
theme to Mrs. Jogerst, council advisor
will “own” that theme. It is first
come…..first serve basis!!! Please
take time during your class meeting on
Friday to consider possible themes for
class floats.
TODAY DURING LUNCH
is a meeting for the dance committee.
You should bring your lunch to Mrs.
Jogerst’s room and begin deliberation on
possible decorations for the dance theme
FFA meeting this
Thursday during lunch for officer
elections in the Ag Room.
There will be a
mandatory meeting of the National Honor
Society on Friday @ noon in Mr. Pasch’s
room.
